The Foundation Programme provides an opportunity to engage in a systematic, in-depth study of the main teachings and practices of Buddhism.

The Foundation Programme

Sundays 3.30- 8pm at Dharmapala Centre.

On this program we study six of Geshe Kelsang’s books. Students enrol for one book (or part of a book) at a time.

Term starts
