Regular Weekly Classes
Weekly classes on meditation and Buddhism are held at the Fremantle Centre and at our branches around Perth. These classes are suitable for everyone, you don’t need to have any meditation experience to attend. In each class there is a breathing meditation to still the mind, a teaching, and a contemplative meditation.

In the time when he was teaching, Buddha gave over 84,000 pieces of advice. This advice has been distilled into three sets of instructions known as Lamrim (stages of the path), Lojong (training the mind) and Mahamudra. These instructions are ideal for the Western mind and are intended for those living a ‘normal life’. They are unbelievably helpful in showing us how to live a more peaceful and fulfilling life, a life where our mind is controlled and grounded in inner peace, a life focused on helping others and not harming them. If we put Buddha’s instructions into practice, little by little, day by day, we will increase our happiness and reduce our suffering and we will be able to help others do the same. In this way we can transform ourselves and our world. These instructions are explained in a practical way in our weekly classes.
Weekly classes are held in various locations around Perth. See below for venues and times. Everyone is welcome, there is no need to book, just drop in during the term times. Each class costs $12.
