The Power of Mantra

Mantra means mind protection. It is the supreme method to attain a peaceful and happy mind by pacifying the negative thoughts that give rise to our suffering.

Mala Making Workshop

A mala is a string of beads used to count prayers or mantra recitation. Spend a morning learning the traditional technique of mala-making and create your very own mala to take away with you.

Keeping Calm When Things Go Wrong

When things go wrong in our life we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time.

We hold many special events throughout the year from special public talks with visiting International Teachers to away weekends and in-depth Buddhist classes and courses.
