Everyone is welcome to attend these meditation and Buddhism sessions taught by Gen Kelsang Nampur. Sessions consist of a breathing meditation, a short talk and then a second meditation with time for questions and answers. Teachings will include instructions on formal meditation and advice on ways of thinking which we can all apply in our daily lives so that we are more peaceful and positive.
There is no charge but donations are welcomed.
These classes have finished for this year but will resume at the beginning of first semester 2014.
