These classes present Buddha's teachings in a practical and accessible way and are suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators.  Classes are run as terms with a common theme, however each class is a stand-alone class so you don't need to start at the beginning of the term or even attend all the classes in a term, just drop in as you are able to.  There's no need to book.  The cost is $12 per class. Everyone is welcome.

Each class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a talk by the Teacher on an aspect of Buddhist practice or philosophy and a guided contemplative meditation.  There is also an opportunity to ask questions at the end, either in class, or stay and have a cup of tea.
