Keeping Calm When Things Go Wrong

A Half-day Meditation Course
Sat 8 Dec · 9.30am – 1.00pm · $40
When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations we tend to regard the situation itself as the problem. But if we learn to maintain a peaceful mind, we can be happy all the time regardless of our circumstances.

On this course, we will learn Buddhist techniques to help us respond to difficulties with a positive mind. In this way we will be able to accept painful feelings, overcome minds such as anger and frustration and discover true inner peace.
