Margaret River
Thursdays - 7 - 8.30pm (class dates below)
Main Meeting Room, Margaret River Community Resource Centre
33 Tunbridge Street
These classes present Buddha's teachings in a practical and accessible way and are suitable for everyone. Classes are run as terms with a common theme, however each class is self-contained so you don't need to start at the beginning of the term or even attend all the classes in a term, just drop in as you are able to. There's no need to book. The cost is $13 per class. Everyone is welcome.
Each class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a talk by the teacher on an aspect of Buddhist practice or philosophy and a guided contemplative meditation. There is also an opportunity to ask questions either at the end or during class or stay and have a cup of tea.
These classes are taught by Buddhist Teacher Lorna Woodward.
