These classes present Buddha's teachings in a practical and accessible way and are suitable for everyone.  Classes are run as terms with a common theme, however each class is a stand-alone class so you don't need to start at the beginning of the term or even attend all the classes in a term, just drop in as you are able to.  There's no need to book.  The cost is $13 per class. Everyone is welcome.

Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang NampurEach class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a talk by the Teacher on an aspect of Buddhist practice or philosophy and a guided contemplative meditation.  There is also an opportunity to ask questions at the end, either in class, or stay and have a cup of tea.

This class is taught by Gen Kelsang Nampur.

The path to happiness is really very simple....  Based on the book of the same title by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso these classes will explain how to awaken our potential for limitless love, compassion and wisdom.

Dissolving Difficulties

Practical tried and tested techniques to resolve even the most challenging of situations.
