Meditation and Buddhism Class with Resident Teacher Kelsang Ani
Venue: Quakers Meeting House, 35 Clifton Crescent
These classes present Buddha's teachings in a practical and accessible way and are suitable for everyone. Each class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a talk by Kelsang Ani on an aspect of Buddhist practice or philosophy and a guided contemplative meditation. There is also an opportunity to ask questions at the end, either in class, or stay and have a cup of tea. . 
Classes are run in blocks with a common theme, however each class is a stand-alone class so you don't need to start at the beginning of a block or even attend all the classes in that block, just drop in as you are able to. There's no need to book and no previous meditation experience is required.
Class fee: $15 per class; 
Please kindly note that card payment is not available at this venue. If your would like to come but cannot afford to pay the fee or make a contribution towards it at present, then see our suspended classes page.There is no charge for those enrolled on Dharmapala KMC's FP or TTP study programs or Dharmapala KMC Centre Card holders

Dissolving difficulties (5 weeks)
Buddhist understandings and meditation that will solve daily problems of frustration, anger and hatred.
Tuesdays 7-8.30pm: 23, 30 Aug; 6, 13, 20 Sept 
Create the world you want (4 weeks)
Prevent future suffering and establish the foundation for lasting peace and happiness though an understanding and belief in karma.
Tuesdays 7-8.30pm: 18, 25 Oct; 1, 8 Nov  
All you need is love (4 weeks)
Achieve lasting happiness in your life, through practicing the Buddhist way of loving kindness.
Tuesdays 7-8.30pm: 15, 22, 29 Nov; 6 Dec
