These classes present Buddha's teachings in a practical and accessible way and are suitable for everyone. Each class consists of a guided breathing meditation, a talk by the Teacher on an aspect of Buddhist practice or philosophy and a guided contemplative meditation. There is also an opportunity to ask questions at the end, either in class, or stay and have a cup of tea.
Classes are run in blocks with a common theme, however each class is a stand-alone class so you don't need to start at the beginning of a block or even attend all the classes in that block, just drop in as you are able to. There's no need to book and no previous meditation experience is required.
