Making Time for Inner Development
We all need time out from our busy lives to focus on our inner development and weekend retreats are the perfect way to accomplish this. These retreats are held with small groups of people 30 - 40 and provide the ideal conditions for nourishing our spiritual life. In each retreat we have the opportunity to deepen our understanding of a particular aspect of Buddha's teaching so that we are better able to apply it in our daily life to cope with the demands and pressures we encounter every day.
Heart Sutra Retreat

Join us for a weekend retreat focusing on the Heart Sutra, Buddha's teaching on the ultimate nature of reality. On this retreat we will look at how to understand Buddha's profound view of reality so that we can meditate correctly on these understandings and apply what we learn in our daily life.
This retreat will be held at the Redemptorist Retreat Centre in Vincent St, North Perth Retreats and begins on the Friday night and ends with lunch on Sunday. The cost for the weekend is $190, which includes all meals, accommodation and teachings. Places are limited so please book early.
King of the Dharma Retreat

Gen Nampur will guide a special retreat focusing on the King of the Dharma practice for those who have received Je Tsongkhapa empowerment. The cost for the retreat is $40 per day, which includes a vegetarian lunch on both days. The retreat will be held at the Fremantle Centre. Please book.
