Dharmapala Kadampa Meditation Centre is dedicated to helping everyone to develop a peaceful mind. When our mind is peaceful we will be happy ourselves and be able to share that happiness with others. Our classes, courses and retreats give practical, easy to understand methods to help in every aspect of our busy modern lives.
The centre welcomes people of any faith and those who do not subscribe to any faith. You don't have to be Buddhist to attend or to benefit from what is on offer.
